Analysis of Česká spořitelna revenues within Erste Group

The bachelor thesis focuses primarily on the analysis of revenue development of Česká spořitelna. Then it examines whether this revenue development affected the parent company Erste Group. The introductory section defines the main revenue categories. Within these categories the main factors that influenced their development within Česká spořitelna are analyzed. Consequently, the development and main factors affecting these categories are compared with the development of the Erste Group. The thesis captures the development of revenues between 2012 and 2016.
Organizational architecture of multinational company

The Bachelor's Thesis ,,Organizational architecture of multinational company" sets the target to analyse organizational structures used in multinational companies at present. In the teoretical section is briefly described development of this subject, basic concepts associated with organizational architecture such as globalization, multinational companies and organizational architecture. I also generalized main characteristics of organizational forms and describe their pros and cons. The practic part is focused on organizational architecture multinational company Erste Group, hence the Czech Savings Bank. My attention was also devoted to the management company because of refinements and explore the effect on the top management of the company. The aim of this work is a comparative analysis of the organizational structure Erste Group and the Czech Savings Bank. I evaluate how I succeeded in this analysis in conclusion.
Assessment of Position of Česká Spořitelna, a.s. within Erste Group

Due to constantly increasing influence of capital markets to private and public sector of economy, we cannot do without the ability of banks and other financial institution analysis in the field of business economy. The aim of this thesis is to assess the position of the largest Czech bank under its parent company and benchmarking with its selected sister companies. To achieve these objectives, we not only use the methods of financial statements analysis, but also analysis of some non-financial indicators. The author's effort is an insight into a bank not through narrowly specialised technical view of banking, but through more complex and universal optics of business economy.
